Fantastic service. Look no further!!! If you are reading this you have found the true profession for your pest issues. I spent thousands of dollars on Westside pest control and Onsite. They both told me there was nothing more that they could do. I had given up trying to solve my pest problem until the renters started to smell What I imagine was a dead rodent. I felt scared to call anyone and spend yet more on an apparently unsolved problem, but i am SO happy that I called Humane solutions!!! They solved my problem immediately!!! What a shock for me to find out Joe found so many places the mice could still get in. After his assessment he made a recommendation and after a week, my problems appeared to be solved!!!crazy that the other companies claimed I was an accepting to the rule and that it was just my house that was the problem. We tried are best they said!!! I just feel so grateful to Joe and the Humane solutions For solving my problem so quickly and efficiently.I promise you won’t regret hiring them!!! I would highly recommend them!!!

I had racoon problem in my storage shed. The staff sent to me was very polite and has a pleasant attitude. He explained to me what the best solutions would be and completed the job very quickly. The charges are reasonable too.

Great customer service and great service overall. I had tried another company a while ago and they couldn't find evidence of any entry points but Humane Solutions came out for the assessment, did a super thorough job of covering all possible means of entrance and egress and now we have no more rat problem in our roof. I had an absolutely terrific experience with Emma and her team. Our apartment balcony had a family of pigeons nesting and we needed them removed. After calling and emailing a few companies around town, Emma responded immediately on the phone and was able to provide a quote and service that same week! The folks at Humane Solution are prompt, professional and personable. Last year, Humane Solutions helped me deal with a squirrel family in my roof. They assessed the exterior of my home and also found evidence of rodents in a shed. They expertly excluded both squatters from my home with 1-way doors --Mother Squirrel re-located her own family overnight—no poisoning or trapping involved. I was advised to leave metal mesh grids on the house for a while to safeguard it from later incursions in the year. This year, Humane Solutions came back to remove a grid & replace a vent for me. I also appreciated that Joe was willing to offer me his company's services (and peace of mind) at an affordable cost. I have no hesitation in recommending Humane Solutions to anyone dealing with unwanted wildlife squatters.
